1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are generally considered under the following circumstances:

• Cancellations made within the specified free cancellation period.
• Unavailability of the booked property due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
• Significant discrepancies between the booked property and the actual accommodation provided, which cannot be resolved during your stay.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Cancellations made after the free cancellation period has expired.
• Early departures or no-shows.
• Dissatisfaction with amenities or services that were accurately described at the time of booking.
• Bookings made during promotional periods or with special discounts explicitly stated as non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at castlehomes.booking@gmail.com with your booking details and the reason for your request. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Castle Homes. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may incur a penalty or be non-refundable, depending on the specific booking terms.
