Welcome to Castle Homes! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Executive Villa App and the services provided by Castle Homes ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Use of the Service

The Executive Villa App is intended for individuals seeking luxury accommodation rentals. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through the app are subject to availability and our confirmation. Prices are as displayed on the app and are subject to change. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We use secure third-party payment processors for all transactions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies are detailed in our separate Refund Policy. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Executive Villa App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Castle Homes or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Castle Homes does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Castle Homes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; (iii) any content obtained from the app; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
